By accessing or using Dental Finder ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Dental Finder is a platform that connects users with dental clinics and practitioners. We enable you to:

• Search and browse dentists and clinics
• Book, modify, or cancel appointments
• Manage your account and appointment history
• Receive reminders and communications related to your bookings

We do not provide dental or medical advice. The relationship for care is between you and the dentist or clinic. We are not a healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Appointments

Appointments made through the Platform are subject to availability and the policies of the individual clinic or practitioner. We do not guarantee that any specific time slot or practitioner will be available.

• You agree to provide accurate information when booking (e.g., name, contact, reason for visit where requested).
• Cancellation and no-show policies are set by the clinic; you are responsible for complying with them.
• We may send reminders (email, SMS, or in-app); delivery is not guaranteed and does not replace your responsibility to attend.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms or applicable law
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data from the Platform without our permission
• Use the Platform to send spam, malware, or harmful content
• Post false, defamatory, or offensive content about clinics, practitioners, or other users

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Dental Finder or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You may use the Platform only for its intended purpose in accordance with these terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or legality of any clinic or practitioner listed on the Platform. Any reliance on listings or information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct, services, or outcomes of any third-party clinic or practitioner.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical or dental advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for health-related decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DENTAL FINDER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred (100) currency units, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dental Finder and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any dispute between you and a clinic or practitioner.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., clinic websites). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. We encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dental Finder operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited. You may also have rights under consumer protection laws in your country.

13. General

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dental Finder regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
